Weg 1 — in der App
- App öffnen und anmelden.
- Einstellungen öffnen.
- Ganz unten Konto löschen wählen und bestätigen.
Die Löschung wirkt sofort; eine Wiederherstellung ist nicht möglich.
Weg 2 — per E-Mail
Wenn du die App nicht mehr installiert hast, schreib eine formlose Mail von der Adresse, mit der du dich registriert hast, an [Kontaktadresse], Betreff „Konto löschen“. Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen die Löschung per Antwort.
Was gelöscht wird
- Konto, E-Mail-Adresse, Benutzername und Passwort-Hash
- eigene Rezepte samt Bildern und Zutaten
- Favoriten und Sterne-Bewertungen
- Essenspläne, Einkaufslisten-Stände und geteilte Rezept-Codes
- Haushaltsangaben: Personen, Allergien, Abneigungen, Allergen-Protokoll
- registrierte Gerätetoken für Benachrichtigungen
Was bleibt — und wie lange
- Server-Protokolle (Zeitpunkt, Pfad, Statuscode, IP-Adresse): 14 Tage, danach automatisch überschrieben.
- Datenbank-Sicherungen: 7 Tage auf dem Server, 14 Tage in einer Offline-Kopie. Aus laufenden Sicherungen lassen sich einzelne Konten nicht herauslöschen; spätestens nach Ablauf dieser Fristen sind die Daten auch dort weg.
- Rezepte des öffentlichen Katalogs stammen nicht von dir und bleiben unberührt.
- Geteilter Haushalt: Einkaufsliste und Wochenpläne, die du mit anderen Konten teilst, bleiben beim Haushalt — es sei denn, du bist das letzte Konto darin.
Auf deinem Gerät wird gleichzeitig die Offline-Kopie entfernt: Rezepte, Einkaufsliste, Wochenpläne, Favoriten, Notizen und die Angaben des Kalorienrechners. Erhalten bleiben nur Sprache und Erscheinungsbild.
Delete your account and data
Two routes, both final.
Option 1 — in the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- At the bottom, choose Delete account and confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Option 2 — by e-mail
If you no longer have the app installed, send an informal e-mail from the address you registered with to [contact address], subject “Delete account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- account, e-mail address, user name and password hash
- your own recipes including images and ingredients
- favourites and star ratings
- meal plans, shopping-list state and shared recipe codes
- household details: people, allergies, dislikes, allergen log
- registered device tokens for notifications
What remains — and for how long
- Server logs (timestamp, path, status code, IP address): 14 days, then overwritten automatically.
- Database backups: 7 days on the server, 14 days in an offline copy. Individual accounts cannot be removed from existing backups; once those retention periods lapse, the data is gone there too.
- Recipes from the public catalogue are not yours and remain unaffected.
- Shared household: shopping lists and meal plans you share with other accounts stay with the household — unless you are the last account in it.
On your device, the offline copy goes at the same time: recipes, shopping list, meal plans, favourites, notes and the calorie calculator's figures. Only the language and appearance settings remain.
